Shipping Policy for XOOM Furniture

At XOOM Furniture, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and efficient delivery experience. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

Delivery Details

Shipping Method / Drop-Off:
Shipped orders will be delivered outside in their factory packaging on the nearest driveway or sidewalk unless immediate access to a garage is available. Please note that if assembly is required, it will be the customer’s responsibility.

Signature Requirement:
An individual aged 18 years or older must be present to sign for the items upon delivery.

Delivery Notification:
You will receive a notification with an approximate delivery time window either the day before or by 11:00 AM on the day of delivery.

Rescheduling Deliveries:
If you need to reschedule your shipping date, please contact our Customer Service team at 469-616-9083. We’re happy to help, but please note that rescheduling is not possible within 2 days of your scheduled delivery.

Factory-Direct Delivery

Shipping Timeline:
Items typically ship within five to seven business days after your order is placed. Depending on the size of your order, it may be delivered by a small-parcel carrier (like UPS, FedEx, or USPS) or by a nationwide large-parcel carrier.

Tracking Your Order:
Once a tracking number is generated, we will share it with you so you can easily track your shipment.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that the address you provide is correct. If you are moving, we recommend waiting to purchase Factory-Direct items, as they may arrive before your move-in date.

In-Home Delivery

Delivery Signing:
An individual 18 years or older must sign for items during in-home delivery.

Delivery Process:
Our delivery team will bring your products inside and place them in your desired location. They will also remove all packaging materials, but please note that this does not include flooring setup or the assembly of items that require it.

Assembly Charges:
Certain items, such as cribs, TV stands, bunk beds, and other select products, may incur additional assembly or installation charges. For questions regarding assembly, please contact our Phone Sales Team at 469-616-9083.

Preparation for Delivery:
Before delivery, please ensure pets are secured for their safety and the safety of our delivery team. Clear the area where you want the furniture placed and measure doorways and hallways to ensure a proper fit.

Final Inspection:
After the delivery team sets up your furniture, please inspect it to ensure it meets your expectations before they leave.

Additional Terms

Same-Day Delivery:
Same-day delivery is available in select areas of Houston, California, and Dallas/Fort Worth for in-stock items. Please note that larger items will be delivered to your driveway, and certain categories (such as design delivery, contractor sales, and clearance items) are excluded from same-day service. Pickup Options:
We offer pickup for many in-stock items. If shopping online, please call us to confirm whether your selected item is available for pickup.

Delivery Areas:
XOOM Furniture delivery partners serve 47 states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Availability of assembly and installation options may vary by location.
